The rooms are extremely small for the price we have been charged without any ventilation. We had to keep the door opened in the night while sleeping as we were suffocating

Overall stay was not good. Rude behaviour of staff. Very small room given in superior category. We booked 3 superior room and all 3 rooms was different. Not happy.

Hotel is at a very good location, 5 min walking to nana plaze.

Rooms were small and everything was good but when we visited they were renovating interior which looked littler mess

Everything they charge you money and we booked a room for 3 people and they charged and again for extra bed they asked charges.

Everything was excellent, nice room very clean, food quality was good, in house massage therapist were good, pleasant place to stay in bangkok from where every required things are at walking distance.

Amazing service, friendly staff and very cozy rooms. It is close to all the main areas and yet not in the crowded part.
