We went to this Best Western Hotel Svava as a couple. The reception was huge and had free coffe/tea and cookies for the guests. We got a small welcoming gift while checking into the room. The room was nice, clean, spacious and arranged with all the kinds of things that you need-body/hair shampoo, towels. The room cleaning is done on a regular basis. Also I was pleased with the security service. But the highlight of the stay was the morning breakfast. The dinning was clean and the buffet had all the variety of food one may want in the breakfast. Full points for it. I would highly recommend this Best Western Hotel Svava to someone who has come to Uppsala. And also the fact that it is situated just next to the central station, makes it even more convenient.
