Customer Experience should be better as per a 4 star

Despite being a 4 star didn't even provide iron and when requested asked us ti wait for a day for such a basic thing. Skybar staff behaviour was not good. They were indifferent, ignorant and didn't care much about the customer's comfort.

The location of this hotel is really a highlight, this is very centrally located hotel, with all major attractions at a walking distance, the staff of the hotel is really very co-operative and they go out of the way to help you.
