Not so worth the price

Cons : they don’t have any parking and lift….have to climb stairs every time I go down…the breakfast option is very very limited…the place is not worth the money they charge

Starting experience with elderly parents and rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor w/o lift was unpleasant. This could have been avoided when they had more unoccupied rooms on lower floors. Wait time of 20 minutes, post which mr. Ovian couldn't find the details if the booking. Staff needs to understand that the traveller would be fatigued.
