The room which they provided us was not at all worth the ac is not working bathroom shower is also not working properly after booking from make my trip i saw the booking to them and they rejected it they told me that the money is credited to the ist owner and now the second owner will not accept. After 6 hours i told them that i will file a case against you then they accept it. I request make my trip to see in this matter as it become very shameful for me to manage there for a new hotel in place where i can’t understand the language
