Location - in Shinjuku city, close to many important landmarks, and by the side of main road. 5 star rating for location. Food- was okay, had some limited choices for non-Jap travellers. Can give a 3.5 star for food. Amenities and services: Room and toilet were very neat and clean. Room was little too small and appeared a little over-priced. I give a 4 star rating for the room. Service personnel- Most of them know some English, a great advantage. Too professional. If you are someone who expects the warmth of hospitality, this is not the place for you. Forget going an extra mile, they won’t even go an extra millimetre to help you. For example (just to quote one example) I had requested their help (because of their fairly good knowledge of English) to arrange a taxi for my airport drop. Blatantly denied - and I have no complaints- it is not their duty!

a 10/10 location, cleaning could be better, room was quite small, you may feel claustrophobic, windows are not transparent.
