Room was good but air conditioning was not working when asked for the same they totally refused and one more thing that hotel has not provided drinking water in the room. Neither they have bottles in the room nor any water dispenser at the hotel. Still overall location of hotel was good.

The rooms are toooo small and not at all what the name of the hotel says GRAND Ginza. Nothing grand about the hotel. They don’t even provide complimentary drinking water bottles. Poor service at the reception counters too. They not helpful in providing information to the customers.
