Friendly Hotel but dated.
Nice friendly family run hotel with helpful staff. Breakfast it's included and is buffet style. Hotel is situated some 600m from centre of Sorrento on a very busy road with poor pavements to walk into town. Hotel is not suitable for people with accessibility issues as numerous steps, pool in a separate garden down a sloping road and very small lift. BEWARE. Hotel .does not take credit cards, anything charged to room must be paid in cash at end of stay and cannot be paid for as you you go! So save enough cash for final bill.

Lovely family run hotel
Stayed here in May for 4 nights and this was my first visit to Italy.
Very warm welcome from the owners Rita and Tony.
My room overlooked the garden and was lovely. My friend was offered a room at the side but the main road is very noisy so Rita immediately changed it for a quiet room in the gardens.
Breakfast buffet with lots of choice although nothing hot except tea and coffee. Evening meals are also available at a very reasonable price.
We are here one evening and it was very good value.
The hotel is really in St Agnello so it’s a fair stroll into Sorrento town about 2km or to St Agnello about 10 mins stroll. Plenty of restaurants nearby and loads of choice in Sorrento.
This hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the food is good. The owners are incredibly welcoming and helpful and it’s a lovely hotel with its own private pool with small pool bar, ideal when you’ve been out for the day.
It is well situated for the town although a bit of a trot. The train Circum Vesuviana to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum or Naples ( plus lots of other places) is easy to use so this is a good place to stay if you don’t mind a walk.
The only negative is the busy noisy road Corsa Italia but the rooms at the back don’t suffer at all.
I would definitely recommend this hotel- a lovely stay and I will be returning soon.

Pleasant, friendly hotel on ou....
This was the second time we have stayed here, the previous time being 6 years ago. It is family run and very friendly and relaxing. The pool is ideal for lazing around, with a snack bar, and there is a lovely, shady garden area just outside the restaurant. Our room was perfectly adequate, but overlooking the busy road outside. I would recommend asking for a room at the back if you are used to quiet surroundings. We didn't ask to be changed to another room however as with the balcony doors closed you couldn't hear the traffic. Everything else about this hotel is lovely. There is a lift which was very handy. We booked bed & breakfast but there was a menu on the breakfast table each day informing us of the choices for an evening meal that day. We booked the evening meal once and it was very good value.

best upgrade ever ???
Arrived at hotel after journey . we had booked twin room with balcony and requested a quiet room with a view. Imagine our amazement to be given a room on ground floor. After entering our room there were 2 steps leading down to what we called " the basement" (our room ). we obviously complained to hotel and were told that there were no other rooms available . Room was very noisy, constant traffic (day & night), also opposite restaurant and bar area and backing onto lift, not to mention all the noise on stairs and in outside gardens. Day later went back to complain again only to be informed we had already been upgraded to a quiet room as we were apparently allocated a room facing the very busy road !! we even offered to pay the extra 25 euros a night for better room but again informed nothing available. As for room with view we asked for, we got enclosed court yard, 3 walls and a bush shared with 3 other rooms, view of house with scaffolding round it and view up to the sky !! , As for food , this was not to our liking so preferred to eat out . We paid a lot of money for this holiday as it was a special anniversary and feel really let down . As for Sorrento absolutely brilliant, would we return, yes but not to this hotel.

We stayed here for one week. Nice hotel lovely staff and fabulous views. Our side room had a balcony facing the mountains and a side view of versuvius...what could be better. Short walk into Sorrento on a very busy road until we found short cut down lane to a less busy road. Would absolutely love to return such friendly people and a nice sized hotel not at all impersonal like big hotels
