Furnished room, breakfast is basic and limited

Location is near to the main train station of Florence. However, its on the other side and not on the side where main attractions are located. Breakfast is basic and limited. AC was not working properly. Room was very spacious and nicely furnished. Overall, I was happy with the stay at the given price.
