soloThere was no Wi-Fi for four nights, and the staff weren’t friendly at all. It felt like I had to somehow make do with this property, and overall, it wasn’t a great experience.

The rooms weren't well maintained. The hotel staff hardly were able to understand our language (English). In fact though our booking was prepaid, he kept on insisting us to pay there as he couldn't understand the booking receipt and concepts. It took 1.5 hours for us to check-in because of the staff.

groupI was allotted already with room. But it was properly cleaned, there was no water facility in bathroom further the fans and windows curtains were full of dust. Especially the staff were not friendly. They are not even providing basic. Toiletry kit and water bottle. It's literally a waste of money.
