Property was superb, well maintained. Awesome private pool. Good staff. Total value for money. Though property has no restaurant but its in the center of market area so can get everything in the walking distance. Overall had a gr 8 time there with family. Seminyak suite private villa

Hotel is nice, calm and clean, just little dark at night, needs more lighting.

Poor service, bad breakfast and just don't understand Indian customers needs. Good location and accommodation but bad food and service. Avoidable.
Nice location, privacy and size of the room is all good. They are not flexible st all and don't understand Indian customer needs. For example, no milk or cream provided with complimentary tea bags etc. Even faster requesting many times they did not arrange. The breakfast and room service comes from the main hotel that's 2 km. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Also breakfast is worst.

The location is close to the market and beach. The area is pretty happening and active. Although you can find peace in the property. Rooms are clean, service is amazing. Great staff. Breakfast could have been better.

We took a two bedroom villa. We had a ton of space, our own kitchen, dining area and our own swimming pool. The location was very convenient to go shopping and to go to the beach etc. The rooms could use some charging points for our cell phones etc.

The hotel was amazing... The only problem was that for breakfast we had to go to their other hotel. But overall an amazing place. We actually spent more time in their pool than going to the beaches. The rooms are huge and the bathroom is also very nice... As per what we saw in the their website the rooms and pool were same as the ones in the pics. They did not try to deceive us. Overall best place to be at. Lol
