This home stay is close to Uluwatu temple and some nice cliffs and beaches. It has a pool surrounded by garden and individual suites and deluxe rooms. There is a restaurant overlooking the beach. On the service, they need a lot of improvement. The floors are sticky and slippery. The AC remote was not working, one light was not working. There was no bathroom door in suite room and the screen used to separate room and toilet was stained. There is no hanger inside the bathroom to keep your clothes. No shampoo, conditioner, toiletries provided. No vegetarian food on the premises. The front office guy is more interested in playing games than answering customers. They don't open their reception on time for a proper checkout. I lost time and money because no one asked for the key of rental scooter or it's rent while checking out. After reaching the airport, I got a call to return them and I had to send them through a carrier at my cost. An upgrade of the room was not possible from the booking site or from the hotel. Both of them say the other can do but no one could actually do it for us.
