The rooms dont have proper lighting. When u ask for tea they give you black tea they dont have milk. They dont give you more than one bottle in room when u checkin

Small capacity air conditioning for big room, cutlery not available, no chairs etc. Only local food available in the kitchen

Near by Kuta market. Food is good. Near by indian restaurant.

I stayed here after seeing the review and Youtube video. But far below to expectation. Room dirty, towels were smelling worst. They arrange cab but for high rates.

We reached late night stayed for half night and half day. Value for money

Hi, nice Hotel to stay. The staff is great and helpful. Hotel rooms are nice and with good size. The bed also great and big in size. Hotel is clean no garbage in room and corridor. My suggestion to Hotel is please keep polish the tiles. There are a few tiles which look old. I have no problem for that but I don't want after giving all the nice facilities someone will ask for this.

The rooms were good, services were so good and the staffs were fabulous and humble. It was indeed a pleasant stay there.

Thanks to Ayu and carol who guided us to plan the destinations, also they were very cooperative. The rooms were clean. Indian restaurant (gateway of India) was just on walking distance and easily accessible. Both the girls really helped us in renting a bike and booking a cab for Ubud. Special thanks to Ayo. The Hotel was near Airport n Kuta Beach and the marketplace which made it very convenient for us to travel on foot. Overall every the thing was good about the Hotel.

Staff were super nice, nice place to stay in Kuta near main club spot, they will arrange everything wt ever u ask for. I didn't like the breakfast but can't blame them it's not India.

Unclean room, very poor breakfast, unclean washroom.

Very good location to stay for budget traveller

We stayed there for 6 days. Overall it was nice. Hotel staffs were friendly, helpful. A nice place to stay in a prime location in Kuta with low budget.

Good rooms with average facilities. Good location, Kuta. Good room service. Food buffet has more non veg items, Veg items also have default egg which their chef does not care even. Room and bathroom has common suited window which destroy privacy even toilet smell flows throughout in the room.

Should have more options for vegetarian guests in breakfast.

Good hotel. Large room. Staff is very comparative. Lactation is Very good. Breakfast is okay. No more choice.

I stayed with my family in november 2018. It's an average property. Restaurant was not good, so as complimentary breakfast. Room was clean but not adequate facility. Other than pool and location all were average. For Indian tourists good as restaurant gateway of India is nearby since hotels own restaurant was bad.

Location of hotel was good. But cleanliness could have been better. Especially bathroom.
