Air conditioning & alarm sound

We stayed there for 2 nights. Air conditioning was not working properly so we told them first day to sort it out for us. They said technician will come in the morning but when we came back in the room next evening it was still same. Another terrible & so loud alarm sound was coming in between from somewhere in our room even disturbed our sleep twice.
