It is excellent property. Best part all the tourist spots are walkable. Very beautiful view of Acropolis. On staff side, excellent staff and have consideration for guest comfort.

We recently stayed at the wyndham hotel, and while there were a few positive aspects, our overall experience was quite disappointing. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The lobby and common areas are well-maintained and offer a welcoming atmosphere. Our check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff at the front desk were initially courteous and helpful. However, our stay took a turn for the worse once we entered our room. We were appalled to find several large cockroaches. When we informed the receptionist, his response was surprisingly casual, and no immediate action was taken to address the issue. In addition to the pest problem, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities like laundry bags. We had to call the front desk six times before we finally received them. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a brand that prides itself on quality. The overall ambiance of the hotel was lacking, and it did not live up to the standards we expected from wyndham. Furthermore, the mattress in our room was extremely uncomfortable, leading to a poor night’s sleep and subsequent backache. Given these issues, we cannot recommend the wyndham hotel. The lack of attention to cleanliness, basic services, and guest comfort overshadowed the few good points, making for a disappointing stay.

The hotel is in the city of athens. Its location is good, as the city hop on hop off buses are just a few feet away. There are 2 fantastic restaurants just outside the hotel. The hotel itself has a fantastic roof top restaurant & bar. The restaurant's food is fantastic. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean, but the bath showers leak water all over the floor, leaving the bathroom very wet.

Room lock was not working, safety door latch was broken, toilet tissue roll holder was missing. Asked for extra towels which never showed up. Customer

Great staycation - it’s such a luxurious hotel with amazing views of the acropolis from the 9th floor restaurant - definitely recommend adding the breakfast to your booking

Though a little noisy, otherwise a very comfortable stay with good breakfast spread which is typically american

I was asked to opt to stay in their other property which i refused. This they told me when i came back from my outing at 3pm. If i have made a booking in a specific hotel then why did they create so much fuss

We had booked and paid for executive room category. But to our surprise the hotel was fully sold out and they allocated superior category room. Secondly, they cannot pack the breakfast if you are checking out early. Even though you have paid for the breakfast while booking, you have to pay again for packed breakfast! This is the first time in europe, we have seen such policy
