Hopeless hotel. What amount i paid is not worth no ac in room and no coffee tea maker bathroom were hopeless

Perfect location and it's just a minute walking from the main shopping street in munich. Got loads of bars and eating options just below the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous too!

Poor Stay
Stay at hotel stachus was not a very pleasant one. It was a very hot day, and the room did not have an ac and we were not informed about it earlier, not even in the booking. And then the hotel staff was least helpful in changing the room. Was even told they will shift us next day but that turned out to be a fake promise. Hospitality was pathetic. Just the location was good.
