Extremely bad experience - bad hotel - bad service - rooms extremely dirty - bad foul smell - shady - bathroom taps faulty. Would never recommend anyone

One of the worst hotels i have visited in Europe not worth the money I paid utter waste I recommend people not to book this hotel at any cost

Amazing hospitality! the place is in the heart of the city and with a quick access to nearby metro and bus stations. The stay is beautiful with amazing breakfast.

Hotel located opposite munich hbf central station making it convenient to take trains. The rooms are much bigger and spacious than other hotels ( better than some other brand hotels. Decently clean and big in room washrooms. Comfy bed to sleep on, room heater and spacious room almirah for clothes storages were big plus. They allowed free luggage storage facility at time of checkout which is a big advantage for hotel guests to keep their luggage and roam freely throughout the day after checkout from the hotel.

Hotel is situated very close to munich station. Hotel staffs are very helpful. There is facility for luggage storage and enough space at reception to wait if checkin / checkout time is not in line with travel-ling time. Highly recommended.

Its good location if you need hotel only to sleep, it’s at lower standard in comparison to amenities. It cost me extra for 2 nights, usually a three or four star could be available at this price.

The room was so small. Much different from the pictures shown. The staff was rude when I asked for a hot water kettle in the room. Anyways, location was the only thing good about this place. Won't ever stay there again.

Location was amazing breakfast was decent room extremely basic n very small but served the purpose open toilet in the room was not so good.

Staying at this hotel for a long time now It's really value for money when we compare cleanliness & location ... Rooms are bit small but good. It's right opposite main train station Hauptbahnhof. Will stay here every time I visit Munich
