Aeetes Palace

Food- inspite of booking with breakfast, it wasn't served. Location - almost fine facilities- no water received in the morning for shower. I have to asked for every toiletries. Heater was available but of no use. Other. Unfortunately i left one luggage in the hotel which was confirm to be found but when i went to pick up they said housekeeper has thrown away

It’s a good stay but in morning they were having issue with the water system as no hot water was available. But the rest was very good. Also they can add 1 halal dish to the breaks menu because if it’s included but excluded from your range then it’s of no value.

The location of the property was exciting and we were excited as soon as we saw some good looking restaurants around. This changed as soon as we entered, a family needed to bring all their luggage to 4th floor by themselves, why because there is no elevator and no bell boy (it was rated 4 star hotel! we spent 2 hrs in the room and then opened the washroom, and that's where the plight started. Washroom stunk like a gutter. To the hotel's credit, receptionist walked to the room and agreed to the foul smell and offered another room. Room looked upgraded since it had bigger bed, sofaset and working table. We decided to spend night here since it was 11:15 in night by that time. Guess what - in the morning, the washroom of this room was equally stinky. I booked the room for two days (prepaid, non refundable) and decided to checkout post one night itself and demanded the refund, which the hotel team agreed to. Did not even do my breakfast (included in fare) because there were hardly any choices for vegetarians.
