The heater didn't work and the soaps provided were no match for the hard water. No lift to the top floor and the pool was at another hotel close by. The staff were friendly and helpful. At battambang, the places are far apart, so there is no right location for it. They were kind enough to keep our bags even after check-out. That helped because our bus was at 3 pm. Might book a more luxurious place nearby next time we go.
