Nice but choose wisely the roo....
The staff was very nice and helpful, but there are some issues about the rooms... Make sure to ask for a room at least on the 4th floor!
2nd floor rooms are VERY small and not too clean, can hear the floor screech and others flushing the toilet. 3rd floor is screeching completely!
4th floor rooms are quite nice to stay at, but note that all rooms have no air-conditioning.
The hotel is located in a great location - center of ,the city, near the central station, taxi station, restaurants, less than 5 minutes walk from the main shopping street, so the location is the best thing about it.

It was a dump
Stains on carpet, no air conditioning (unless you count the oscillating fan on a pole), very small bathroom, and it was not a "no-smoking" room. Limited parking, and we did not feel safe. We checked in and then immediately checked out as soon as our travel agent was able to procure a room at another hotel. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Good location, but I was assig....
Very good location, close to the train station.
I presume that my experience in the hotel would be better if I would have a room with a view outside. Mine was inside, a dark room with the armchair in a big bathroom.
Breakfast is good and plentiful.

Receptionist moved me to anoth....
I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time. So first I was told that the room was not ready yet. OK, I was ready for that and asked if I could leave my luggage and go for a walk. Then I was told that actually there was a room available. So they checked me in. I unpacked my luggage, took a shower and went for a walk. When I came back the receptionist told me that they have made a mistake. My room was actually kept for someone else and this person came just after my check-in and somewhy this other client was so valuable that they could not give him another room, but they decided to move me to another room. While I was not in the room (it was told me as an explanation for the further actions of the receptionist) the receptionist came to my room and PACKED MY LUGGAGE HERSELF. Without my permission. Without any actual reason for touching my personal belongings. I was shocked by the behavior of the receptionist. This was absolutely unacceptable. I have not received any logical explanation, she just said „Sorry“ and told me that they called to my room to ask me to pack my staff, but I was not there (should I?!). I have visited dozens of hotels and yes, there are some things that can disturb or irritate, but this was probably the most outrageous incident I’ve ever had.
Well, if you do not want some strangers from the reception to pack or unpack your personal belongings without your permission, please do not choose this hotel.

Great little hotel!
This is a great little hotel in a good location with friendly staff. It can be a bit noisy at night due to the locals in the area - it is close the central station & the seedy area of Antwerp - and my room was at the back with a view of the casino - the past 2 nights I’ve been woken up by people carrying on - but hey it’s in the city so what do you expect. There is a free bottle of water in the room on arrival & free apples in a bowl near reception plus jugs of water & glasses. Free wi fi works well. The room is a decent size, the shower is strong & instant hot & the bed is good. It is clean. I did not eat breakfast here instead preferring to go around the corner to the left to Cafe Mocambo. I stayed 3 nights here & I would stay again.
