Worst stay ever, rooms aren't hygienic, staff was good, but they are changing the rooms as per request, but everywhere

Very bad experience Elevator / Lift not working washroom no hot water & nonormal water Ac on but cooling zero bed Are very bad condition their spring's are injury door key not available room condition very dirty All our hotel is very bad condition no maintenance even construction

The experience of staying in this hotel was so bad, what should i tell you?they did not even give us drinking water. Didn't even provide soap for washing hands. And when we asked, his manager agreed to fight with me. This has been my worst hotel trip to date.

Very bad staff, room is not good, don't go there by make my trip, first see the room ac not ok, lift not ok, staff behaviour was bad,

AC did not work and fan for room very slow and room suffocate staff didn't help for alternate room saying mgt doesnt agrèe or rooms are full three day stay

make sure the AC or non ac room before booking if you booked an AC room the hotel manager will not give the AC room ,he asked for extra charges for the AC room , the room quality is very poor .

Please make sure before booking for an ac and non ac room, they include all types of room with ac available in the application description but the hotel manager asked for extra charges for the ac room.

In my room, a lot of cockroaches were even on beds. I stayed along with my kid i don't feel it is safe for kids. And they provided me with room on the 2nd floor but the lift is not operating. Towels and floor mate were not even washed they left it as it is from the previous stay, i complained about this at reception and asked another towel but there is no proper response. Overall i will not recommend this for stay

It was one experience staying in this hotel ! cleanliness, smells are coming from here and there ! and some drops of something n all spreads on the sheet ! bugs in rhe sheet can’t even sleep properly due to its biting. I suggest no one to stay here

Nothing was provided as mentioned during the booking, no amitines, no water, lift was not working, no tv no proper lighting in room and washroom, no proper bed, no cleaning, room looks dirty

No proper signage board for ever-est hotel. Rest room smells bad. 3 ac mangalore express rest room is far better. Door lock worst. Tv not working. Room painting unable to describe.
