Super Hotel O Alwal Residency

I had a very disappointing experience at Alwal Residency Hotel. The customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. This kind of conduct is unacceptable and made the stay very uncomfortable. I do not recommend this hotel, especially for families or solo female travelers. I hope the management takes serious steps to improve their service and train their staff in proper guest relations.

It was very unhygienic. Even the staff there was very resistant to make changes for hygiene conditions.

Check in was denied as they don’t have any rooms and i need a refund of my money, the receptionist was not even responding properly

I have did ay late check in, the person didn't received with a good smilee, we were couple and have the age. But he looked so weirdly. Due to the my partner got scared. I didn't liked his talking behaviour. If you can please make a refund, because i didn't even stayed more than 1 hr their. Thank you

The hotel what it is shown in picture it’s not like that, very bad. The washroom is very smelly and very bad no water connections, full of leakeages in room. Very bad and too horrible it is.

What review. I was not provided with accomodation even after advance booking and payment. Worthless service. First read the message.
