Terrible Stay
1.they are using the word RESORT in their name which can confuse anyone it's much more like homestay but charges are equivalent to resort. 2.when I entered the hotel no one was at reception. after calling them they came and they said they were busy with other stuff. I had shifted my luggage to my room all by myself. so less staff and no security at the entrance. 3. Bugs at the hotel room. The food was below average. 4. A very important point no electricity for the whole night and even in days electricity was on and off because of that no hot water. they had no power backup. 5. The cancellation date of their booking is 12 days before the checking. Good hotels give cancellation time 48 hour before check in. I paid for one night for two adults and two kids with an extra bed and I booked for three nights. The extra bed had only matters on the floor. I will never suggest family people to book this hotel unless you like to do some adventure. this hotel was listed 3 start hotel. which is not even one star.

Bad experience
Food is not good, breakfast is good, not sufficient power back up, room is small compared to the given area, though the bathroom is very much satisfactory. Staffs are not supportive

Excellent Stay
Its location is awesome, just going outside one gets a lovely view of kanchenjunga next to the police outpost making it very safe to see the sunrise.

Hotel condition
groupIt is a very old property with very poor management. On entering no one was available neither they have any information about our arrival. There was no water in the shower hence used the tap for shower. There was no mountain view from room and it felt like haunted place with no proper room service.

A luxury stay
coupleOne of the better places to stay in pelling. Located right at the pelling crossing, very close to pelling police station and a walking distance away from pelling helipad. One a clear day one can see the mighty kunchenjungha from the mountain view rooms. The rooms are cozy, well decorated and spacious. The bathroom is nice and big with 24x7 hot water supply. Power back-up is available from 9 am till 12 am. The hotel has a bar cum restaurant and food is very delicious. The chef would personally come and inquire about the food served and is also more than willing to accommodate special cooking requests. Service staff is extremely efficient and helpful. The building also houses an atm and has limited parking space.

Hotel location is good and food was very good
Hotel was in good loccation and food was good but never ever book day trip with hotel as they make lot of money by making comission better go out and talk to taxi drivers or travel guys.
