great little hotel lovely staff brilliant location its location is its ISP, staff very friendly and nice

location wise is excellent, cleanliness is average , downstairs café is quite good but it's some activities in the hotel which I have noticed is not good at all.

The check - in experience was very good, the receptionist was very polite. The stay at the hotel was also good, spacious room, good food. During the checkout, however, even after informing the staff that we needed to leave early as we had a flight to catch. We did this so they could do the formalities related to the check-out. They delayed our check out and asked us to pay some extra, they did a sweep of the room after we left it and asked us to pay a fine because one of the cups was missing.

The location of Wise owl comfotel was the main reason behind choosing it. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Facilities were ok, no complaints. They just need to make sure that all electrical fittings are working. Breakfast lacked options and was very simple.

The hotel staff is very unprofessional and will make you feel that you are entering a cheap hotel. I have stayed 2 times and have faced the same issues.

⸻ I recently stayed at this property and overall, the experience was quite good. The service, location, and cleanliness of the room were satisfactory. However, one major concern we faced was with the blankets provided. Unfortunately, both my partner and I developed skin rashes after using them. It was quite clear that the blankets were not properly cleaned — they appeared old, worn out, and unhygienic. This was disappointing and impacted our stay. I would strongly recommend the management to pay closer attention to the hygiene and condition of the bedding. Replacing old blankets and ensuring they are thoroughly washed between stays would make a big difference. I hope this issue is addressed for the comfort of future guests.
