The hotel was not at all as advertised, it said kitchen and terrace but everything was closed for construction but wasn’t mentioned on the app.Terrible stay, and the location is such that it was difficult for food delivery guys to find

Location is average, staff was very good behaviour, food not available, only breakfast available, room is neat and clean, but building was very old that's why a bad smell on everywhere. Food available in very long distance.

Well behaved staff and room was clean

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The air conditioning was not working, making it very uncomfortable, especially during this peak summer. The TV was also non-functional, which was frustrating when trying to relax in the evenings. Additionally, there were visible damp patches on the ceilings, which not only looked bad but also raised concerns about the overall maintenance of the property. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly, as the location and layout have potential—but the current condition falls short of expectations.

Sitauted in a good location. Room was good but not upto the mark. Washroom door lock not working. Room service & staff support was good. The room i stayed need to maintain a little. Homely food & breakfast was good. Divya malik was there for the room upgradation to a better room. Her hospitality & support was remarkable.

I was very impressed with their hospitality. Overall very nice stay. The staffs are really good and humble… specially Tarak ji… I had a very good stay and totally enjoyed the stay. Thankyou so much..will visit again whenever I am in Kolkata 😊. Two things I would suggest you to work on.. one correction of GPS pin on google map… it always shows the backside and bcs of one way traffic there it’s difficult to reach or access the cabs … second.. please provide sealed drinking water always.

Hello everyone, this place is amazing people are nice and kind and I’m very impressed with the hospitality provided its feel like home also room view is amazing.

The room was spacious and neat. The staff were very helpful. The stay is on the 11th floor and the lift is only until the 10th (but it’s worth the money)

Property is on 11th floor and life is only upto 10th floor. Bed is not very comfortable and water problem is persistent.

Bathroom needs deep cleaning, the washroom door lock was broken. Window pane rod bent. Only room size is good. Location is at the central.

Great place to stay. View from top of the building is amazing. Staffs are well behaved and happy to help always. Completely secured and private space for true luxury stay.

Rooms were clean but bathroom commode was leaking. Overall its a okay okay property.

It was a very basic room. Shower was not working. Switch to put on the motor inside washroom was not told about. Overall, a bad experience. Not worth the price.

Food, service was terrible. The lights in the room and the view was good though. The service man used to ask me to fill water on my own.

I had a wonderful stay at aster penthouse. 1. It’s a prime location with easy access to main kolkata markets. 2. The view is fantastic. 3. High speed internet availability. 4. Hosts are great especially the manager akash, so helpful, polite, cheerful and very nice to be around. Thank you aster penthouse team.
