Review Of White Conch Residency (350 Meters from MG Marg)

Very poor service no water in the hotel, not even in the bathroom and toilet. Very pathetic experience.

It was very beautiful and at a prime location, attention was paid to cleanliness, service was also good

I found the Property's location through the Make My Trips, food was average, amenities were okay and services were also average.

Very good Property & good staff Behaviour.Specialy Mahindra & Karan both are very good person & guide tourist whatever they want to know

Location very good. Food o k. But amenities fair. Service very very poor. No water in toilets even though n morning. I don’t suggest this for other. In reception one Karan is no experience with the hotel industry. He is also cheating . Not good for the pay. Worst experience

The staff in the hotel, especially Mahendra, was very nice and well behaved. The hotel was clean and in a close locality to the MG Marg.

Bad experience got expired soap they showed one room and gave a different subpar room apon check in.Bed was dirty and blankets were dirty.Complimentary breakfast was also poor.

this is not a hotel at all, rather it is a concrete structure, not for hospitality of guest. no tv, no water supply, no quality food supplied. I complained against this hotel in Bhutan Police. pl dont send any guest to this hotel.

There was no water supply in the bathroom at the time of check in. After repeated request, water supply was resumed after two hours. The toilet flash was also not working.My 74 year old mother was accompanying me and we had to wait so long to take a bath after a long journey. On the day of checking out from the hotel, we faced the same problem and we could not even freshen up in the morning before a long journey back to home. The behaviour of the staff was so casual in this matter. We booked the hotel by seeing the review in make my trip. Such hotels should be there in your app and should be immediately removed.

The hotel is built up with awesome ambience. Our heart was filled with graceful and sweet hospitality . Thank you.

Good Property, Peaceful Stay. The staff is humble and polite. Naerby MG marg. overall a good experience.

The property was neat and clean. M.G.Marg was really within walking distance,but the water supply was poor.For some unknown reasons we had to fight to get water in the bathroom early in the morning.We had delayed start on all the three mornings we stayed there.This was something we never experienced before. The attendants were hardly found for assistance early in the morning.Whenever they came,their temper was raised to the topmost rung of the ladder. The food was good.The approach of all the workers were absolutely amateurish.

lush green environment, clean, walking distance to MG Marg, staffs behaviour was good, overall enjoyed the stay

Good Stay. Food and Service was also good and Kids also enjoyed very well. Staffs was also very well mannered

Thanks to MMTRIP. The stay at Gangtok was amazing👍. The services & amenities at White Cunch was excellent too. Also very near to MG road market.

Had to cancel my booking due to unavoidable circumstance, MMT denied refund. Never booking again from MMT
