Location is not accessible Amenities were not good, Non Maintenance of Room Unwashed Bedsheets, pillow covers and bad Odour in the Room was unmanageable. Complementary Breakfast was only Poori and Subji Not Money worthy...

Cozy place
familyIn the rainy season, it was nice and cozy. The view outside, with the rain dropping, was soothing. The food was good, and the service was commendable, as the staff were very friendly, helpful, and eager to help. Would definitely recommend. Great value for money.

Humid rooms
coupleRooms are big but bit humid. Staff is helping and food quality is good but have few options. Location of bar if beautiful. The major problem faced is washrooms, which is not clean and quite old.

Good Stay
familyAttic rooms are not up to mark. Super delux mountain view room was good. Cleaning service are not available for every morning.

Poor Stay
Rooms/bathrooms were in bad condition. Bed-sheets and pillow covers were very dirty. There was seepage all around the bed and the corners of the "deluxe rooms. An exhaust fan was provided for the ventilation of the room but not in the washroom. The washroom windows had no mesh which provides easy entry to the mosquitos. Though the wifi password was given but it was of no use. We had no option but to stay in the same hotel for three days in such a bad condition because no other good hotels had. Rooms and the payment was done in advance. We are still surprised how the ratings were done in the past as we and other customers feel it doesn't deserve more than 4, that too only because the food was good.

bad hotel, would not recommend to anyone
dirty and unhygienic room, no ventilation . only one staff to mange complete hotel, dirty linen, no value for money

Terrible Stay
Very very pathetic. Room is average. Cushions bedsheet stinking. Average breakfast. Overpriced. Bathroom smelling. Rooftop restaurant closed. No mountain view. No intercom in the room. Location hard to find. Overall very very pathetic experience.

Average guest house
The hotel is basically a guest house converted into hotel, no lifts, no intercoms, no proper restaurant and amenities, breakfast timings are from 8 am with no option to get it early in case you want to leave early morning for sightseeing etc. Plus no restaurant staff available in afternoon/ evening, no bellboy. Not recommended for elderly & kids

Poor Stay
The hotel service was terrible. They didn’t even have the basic amenities to offer. The lady at the reception was very mean and rude. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

Satisfactory experience
Property lies at MG Road, which is good if you want to visit market places. Food is good but available with limited choices. You have to check amenities hotel is offering before check in like Wi-Fi and things like fan, dryer etc. Overall stay was good.

No lift, no water in suit room
The room is at the top floor and my parents are old they cannot go up. Their is no lift they have to go all way top. No lift and for suit room also no water facility available. They get tanker to fulfill daily need.

Worst stay in gangtok
businessWorst stay. Pathetic rooms. Zero hospitality, no kitchen in property. No water in washroom most of the time, blocked washbasins, sepage smell in room, no fan, insects running inside as they are required to open due to zero ventilation in the room. No intercom in the room.
