I would like to share my experience from my recent visit to your property. Upon arrival, everything appeared satisfactory, and the initial impression of the room was good. However, shortly after, I encountered several issues. When I turned on the television, there was no connection. I later discovered that the Wi-Fi was also not functioning. I requested assistance, and a staff member came to check but informed me that the Wi-Fi connection was not working. I asked him to leave it for the time being. Approximately 30 minutes later, there was a power outage in the room. In addition, I had placed a food order which took more than an hour to be delivered. Due to these inconveniences, I eventually decided to leave the room. I hope you will look into these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests.

It was nice experience to stay in hotel and restaurant is also good. We requested to upgrade our room and hotel manager allowed us to shift with extra payment

We stayed at room 207. The room needs some upkeep and remodelling. Everything in the room felt very old and used. It seemed they didn’t give the room out often. But the staff behaviour was great. The manager was helpful. The dinner buffet needs more coordination items wise, for eg. there were Indian side dishes but no Indian rice. Must mention the milk tea - that was excellent. The location is 2 kilometres from city centre and it was great to be away from the hustle bustle of the city. There was ample space to walk inside the hotel and the views of Kanchenjunga from the hotel was unmatched. Sad part is that all rooms don’t have view of Kanchenjunga.

We had an excellent time, relaxing and rejuvenating as we wanted. The view was amazing, staff were soft spoken and humble, the food was tasty, in food i would definitely recommend their thukpa and the local style chicken curry and tarkari. We woke up to the bird sounds and a beautiful view of mountain ranges. The air is fragrant with the flowers and the trees that are grown as well as which have been there for ages. Truly amazing.

Best possible location in gangtok, with amazing views of the kanchandzonga ! the huge promenade area is great to walk around or just laze in the small garden area. The rooms are nice, cozy and the staff are very friendly.

We stayed in heritage plaza room. We had a booking of two night for two rooms. One of the room is aligned with descriptions but the other room they gave was miserable. No exhaust fan in bathroom, spider in the wall, dirt present in the wardrobe and most importantly no mini bar facility and two small bed was adjusted to make it one which is problematic for us. So overall the room stay was miserable with bad behavior of the hotel authority. But the restaurant, parking and rest of the things are very good including food taste and general behavior of the stuff.

This hotel is a one stop getaway for adventure, tourism and hospitality. One can enjoy fantabulous view from terrace, suite as well as dining space. Easily accessible to all the destinations

The hotel has excellent location and the rooms are spacious, however the rooms are not really maintained. Bathrooms get clogged. The floors seemed unwashed upon check in. The food is good but they don't have 70% of the items from the menu. Staff and managers are friendly but their behaviour changed when we denied their overpriced cab service. There was an extremely rude lady at the front desk who killed all the good mood. Overall, this place is for bachelors and business discussions, not ideal for families.

Best place to heal the mind with beautiful scenic beauty and extraordinary feeling of refreshment. Full of positivity in the atmosphere. Must visit.

Location of hotel is ambient staff is well trained need little improvment in dinning specially to surve chapaties.

1 star for excellent location, 1 star for spacious parking and walking area and 1 star for cooperative support staff. So 3 star out of 5 stars. 1 star deduction for small bed size and bad mattress. 1 star deduction for damaged saggy sofa and non working flush in washroom. 1 star deduction for non working wifi for3 days which is troublesome for now a days.
