The service was not good

Service, hospitality, nature of all employees are too good. Rooms are clean and fresh, it is near to market also

No phone call service available. Staff cooperative no toilet accessories given by them walkable distance from mg road

My stay here was fantastic, clean rooms, awesome staff and the hotel has good connectivity to market and taxi stand.

Service was pretty average as they didn't even bother to cater our needs. Didn't bother to look after the cleanliness of the room during our stay.

It was a very good trip, from picking up to drop off, it was all smooth and was taken care of by the hotel. Everything was good including hotel rooms, bathroom, and food also

It was good. Rooms were clean. Staff good. Food good. Walking distance to mg marg and snt station. Just one problem. Phone wasn't working

Hotel manager was cooperative. He offered good food and attentive. All electrical points were old. Dehumidification was not done. Cleaning labour was absent. Taps in bathroom were not maintained.

Visited during monsoon. The staff were really sweet and catered to all our needs. The rooms were very neat and clean, excellent room service. Will be staying here if visited again. Overall great experience!

The hotel location was very good. The view from the hotel was really amazing. The staff was nice and cooperative. Mg marg just 700 mtr from hotel. Taxi stand just beside the hotel. Overall a very nice and decent stay.

Location is good 700mt from mg marg, service of the is good and the food is tasty but the price of the food is little bit high.

Hotel management is very good behaviour and all facilities are available in hotels. They have guided us for sightseeing with arrangements.

Checkin time was 2 pm but they gave room at 6 pm. They haven't cleaned the room
