Review Of The Narayani Continental

One day stay was normal. I asked for room at higher floor for better view of the city but they were unable to do so due to unavailability of rooms during the peak holiday season. It has attached resturant at the 2nd floor but room service is also available. It seems like at walkable distance from MG market but don't even think of it if you are not able to climb uphill. But no worries, taxies are available at reasonable rates depending upon your bargaining skills. The hotel can arrange cab for you.

The rooms are good. The reception is good and helpful. There is no restaurant . Otherwise the expirence is good

the property is opposite Tamang Gumpa, a popular location, 5min in car from Bazra Taxi stand. Room was very clean & receptionist brother was too cool. Food was excellent.

not up to Mark ,much far from MG road. simple room Bathroom was neat and clean no breakfast and lunch.Staff behaviour was good

I stay in Narayani my experience is not very good. If you have low budget then it is good option in mil budget.

Hotel was good and the staff are very supportive and well behaviour .. location is good and the view from the room was so beautiful.

Room / bathroom cleanliness not upto mark. Seepage in bathroom. No blower fan some room are road facing good but other rooms have concern don't know how 3 star rated it is average 1/2 star. Staff is good. Breakfast also limitation is there only one item restaurant is concern limited staff

Room is on the 3rd floor, toiletries not provided, room service is poor, room space is good, there is no ventilation in room.

Stayed in hotel for a night. Pantry staff do not basics of customer satisfaction. They denied to serve meals and threw the eateries we had provided to them. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Hotel room service and pantry staff service and behaviour is not upto the mark. Hence, hotel is rated 01 star only. Only mr. Udit, the receptionist knows the hotel norms and i'll give him 5 star rating who helped in resolving the issue.

It was nice clean everything was perfect except the sound from outside i couldn't sleep all night because of the car sound from outside

The location of the property is a bit difficult to locate, but the property is ok. There were 6-7 clothes hung on our balcony when we entered our room. The property is literally run by boys/teenagers, well i don’t have a problem with anyone running the property as long as it’s run well. I would request the property owner to at least employ one responsible and experienced person.

Bed sheet not clean room smells like socks very bad service after men y time complaint they change my room

Location is about 1km from snot bus stand and and about 1. 8 km from mg marg. Price of food is higher as compared to quality. Tv not working throughout the stay. Room service is good. Hotel staff behaviour is polite. They arranged vehicle for local sightseeing and nathula trip. Thanks a lot for that.

Friendly staff, hotel to mg market distance is minimum fare. Rooms are also good, hygiene and food quality needs to be improved.

The initial allotment of the room was very bad. The bathroom flush was not working. Breakfast was horrible. They were serving poori sabji, which is not eatable at all.

24 hours hot water available, good stuff, clean room, well decorated over all good hospitality but near road very up and down
