Hi! the hotel did not accept my booking. They said they have not received any confirmation or payment. I had to pay and arrange for alternate accommodation. Please refund my booking amount. I have already filed my complaint.

The stay was totally horrible in the hotel which was provided by makemytrip i did the booking in another hotel but i got the alternate property of that the rooms were stinking the washroom was totally dirty it was a third quality and cheap hotel please don't decrease your quality

The room provided was good but little small as compared to the booked for the four adults. It was like room meant for the three adult. I had booked for the room meant for four adult. The bed sheet and blanket was not clean perhaps due to moisture of the rainy season of the October. But the location was quite near to the MG Marg, and central to the Gangtok. Water was available for 24*7 hour. Food served was up to expectation. There was vehicle parking space available for the hotel.

Suite Room is filled up with old furniture. No standard mirror at the room. There are no housekeeping services at all. Staff are not proactive. Foods are good with limited option. Room light s are not sufficient.
