Neat and Clean Rooms and Nice ambience.. even the washrooms were clean. all the staff were well behaved.. Last but not the least, the views from the hotel were awesome 👍

The place was situated in a prime location. The rooms were clean and well maintained washrooms with adequate toiletries. They had a good spread for the buffet and the food was excellent. I left some of my clothes in the room and had to follow up with the staff to have them couriered. I faced trouble ensuring they return the lost items as I had to call them multiple times and was left unanswered or ignored. If I didn't encounter this, I would have rated them 5. However, one mam helped to resolve this issue.

The room was top notch, we ordered food for lunch and dinner, and had buffet for breakfast. My husband and I loved it.

Place was excellent, newly opened hotel it seems, rooms were clean and all the things were working as expected, Dinner was a included in our plan, it was simply excellent. Breakfast was also good

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was not only very pretty and clean, but it also offered an amazing view of the city that made my experience even more special. Everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. The food was absolutely delicious. Overall, the ambiance, comfort, and quality of service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Food and room service was awesome. Located with awesome mountain view. Umesh was super helpful to arrange vehicles for sightseeing.

New property, great location clean and very nice interiors. There is no buffet breakfast. You have to order breakfast items and even though the property mentions breakfast starts from 7:30am, it will be delayed. Had booked for 2 days, wasn't able to have breakfast due to delay on the first day; while the second day got terrible poha. There seem to be manpower issue, where are single person seems to be running around doing everything. If these things are improved, this can be a very good stay.

Food is very good but they need to provide more options in breakfast. Staffs are very cooperative & helpful specially Ali he was one man show in our entire stay very helpful & proactive in service. Sam was also helped us by arranging transportation. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who is coming to Gangtok.

Overall, my experience at Preisha Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the combination of excellent service from Mr. Ali and Umesh Ji, delectable food, and the creative cocktails from Galchin. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gangtok for a wonderful stay!

It’s one of the best hotels in town in terms of comfort & location. It’s located just opposite Tashi View Point from where u can easily see Kanchenjunga. Hotel is newly build with all 5 star amenities in the room. Some rooms are mountain view in which u can enjoy seeing mountains & relax in room. Food was very good. Would like to specially mention Ali who is one man show of the hotel very polite & ready to help attitude. He is all around you during the stay. All staffs are cooperative overall. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay.. the food ambience roof top bar restaurant were great.. hosts Umesh and his brother were very welcoming..they also arranged all our eats sikkim tours very smoothly..bartender Galchin was great and catered to all our needs.. will highly recommend this resort to all visiting gangtok.. things can be improved like the breakfast buffet can have more variety

Hotel was located near tashi view point. Amazing scene from hotel room. Staffs are very polite, helpful. Mr. Ali helped us since day one till our checkout. He made our stay easy by guiding us each and everything.

Excellent location, good if you are looking for a peaceful and beautiful get away. The staff are very polite and helpful, specially ali bhai, he helped and took care of us like a family member. The food was great and reasonably priced. Their services were very prompt and good. Everything was at par and my experience with them was great. Highly recommended.

1st- 10 star services specially nae-em ali and all staff. 2nd - location views one of the best in gangtok. 3rd- terrific room cleaning comforts and highly recommended 4rth - attention was fantastic especially mr nae-em preisha staaf 5- budget hotel as compared to branded hotels everything is wonderful 6- lunch dinner breakfast highly recommended.
