it was very good. the room was nice and cozy and the view from room was amazing. I loved my stay. The services were also very nice.

If you are looking for a quiet place it is best for you around gangtok as there is less disturbances. Overall nice experience

Great location with excellent atmosphere and food services both veg and non-veg is available. Walking distance to tashi view point. The staffs were very friendly and provided excellent services. Slightly at a distance from local market you need to book a cab or taxi.

Nice hotel for stay. Staff is helpfull. I suggest other to stay in this hotel. If you want stay in gangtok then you can choose this hotel

Hotel stay is good but the restaurant service is not available all the time they closed the restaurant before 8 pm and even after requesting they dont wait for you

My stay at mansarovar was awesome. The staff is very cooperative. Food was good. They prepare fresh food for every order. So you have to order 2-3 hours prior. The hotel is just the opposite to tashi view point. You have to take a taxi for other views.

Hotel mansarovar is situated on a very nice place. Also hotel is very clean. But food quality and quantity is very poor. Staff behaviour is very polite but they are very less in numbers so timely service is not good

The hotel may be new, arrangement good, should improve fooding, clean, maintenance required for toilet, main door.

Hi. I'm Sunil Dhanraj from Patna writing this feedback over my stay in the Hotel Mansharover and Banquet, Tashi View Point from 11/06/2023 to 14/06/2023. First of all, I would like to thank the owner of the hotel for being so caring and helpful. He ensured that there will be no any problem in our stay & at the end our stay was quite good. Moreover there were issues that I faced, that I could like to explain in points- 1. As we had no any ideas regarding any local areas & cabs so we were totally dependent of the GM of the hotel Mr. Umesh Tiwari & he made all the arrangements of cabs & the deal was finalized over 2 Eco cars at Rs for 10 site seeing. But instead of showing 10 site seeing, only 7 were shown. This happened on the very first day so we ignored it. 2. Now coming on the second day of visit, our vote card were taken on the very first day to get the permit to visit Nathula Pass & Rs were taken as the charge of permit to visit for total 14 members. 2 Sumo car were booked for the purpose to visit Nathula. When we reached before the main check point of Nathula were permits were checked, the driver told us that we didn't get permit to visit Nathula Border as these permit as applied a week before visiting & they denied to take us at Nathula but somehow we talked with the army officers & requested them, then they allowed us to visit Nathula without any permit. In this case, they would have refunded the permit charges of Rs but they denied & later on settlement was done at hotel in which only Rs was refunded to us. Again this arrangement was made by the GM & we thought it was our bad luck that happened to us & we discussed for another cab, because we had to go to Darjeeling from Gangtok. 3 Now coming on the third day, again another 2 sumo car was booked for Rs 15,000 which included 3 site seeing(Love view point, Rafting & 4 Dham temple) & only 1 site seeing was shown & we were dropped to Darjeeling. So, again we asked for the discount as only 1 site was shown, Then we called Mr. Umesh Tiwari, told all the incidents & deals that we had for 3 site seeing & drop to Darjeeling. After that the GM started ignoring my calls by saying that he was in a meeting. Then we told the driver the we had paid Rs 3000 to the GM(which was actually not true, then the GM started calling continuously through another number & gave me threats & finally we paid only Rs 14,000. In all these arrangements, the GM Mr. Umesh Tiwari had a fixed brokerage charge with a vendor named Laxman who used to supply Cars & Cabs. So, my experience was very good with the hotel

I stayed in the hotel with a group of 14 person. It was a great stay. Everything was superb. Specially team leader mr umesh tiwari was excellent personality. Food superb, rooms very good. Location excellent. There is nothing to complain. All is well.
