Review Of HOTEL TASHI PALACE

I stayed there for about 3 days. Good experience.

A very comfortable stay. Newly constructed place. Large size room. Good food. Well behave staff. Overall awesome stay.

We stayed here for 4 days and experience was awesome, staff was very polite and cooperative, food was good and tasty compare to other locations in Sikkim.

The room allotted this time was on same floor as reception and was quite spacious. Food quality was excellent.

Our room was in the basement. It was very bad experience.

First of all it's a vegetarian Hotel. Though food quality is not bad . Next Location is far from M. G. Marg, so we had to take Taxi to travel to anywhere. Taxi also not available always. We had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes . . There are rooms with good view from the window but they are Super deluxe and are costly. Although we booked one but we didn't get the view. So there is no guarantee !. The staff are well behaved, but they should employ more staff for the peak season. We didn't get proper service all the time !. There were some technical maintenance issues with the water supply in the room but they could not resolve the issues during our stay for 3 nights.

Hotel is OK, but service should improve, also no non veg food in hotel, location is away from main city centre which can be reached by taxi, taxi mostly available, but may need to wait sometimes if it is a bit late at night.

Awesome location was 1. 9km from mg marg market, view from the hotel room was beautiful, hotel staff was so helpful and good. The quality of food provided by them was tasty. Overall good experience

I have booked super Deluxe room. Room was spacious ... Bathroom was clean having both hot and cold water supply ... Hotel is near deorali taxi stand .,. Facilities provided was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty.

The location is good well connected by local taxis, but hotel does not have many facilities .. No fan ,, no ice cream coldrink options ... Suit room was good but super deluxe room not so good .. Limited food options

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the initial Room was road facing hence no view, however on our request hotel changed our room on 2nd day. All the rooms were clean and no odour. Restaurant had good food option. Staff was well mannered.

Everything was nice. Location is a little away from the main road. Indira bypass, the road on which it is located, is away from the main Gangtok road. Cabs are a little hard to find which is kind of the main problem of this place.

The manager helped a lot, had a great experience. A bit away from mg marg. Taxi are available. Food quality is good. Vegetarian food only. Travel support was there from the service desk.

Very bad rooms 3 floor beneath ground no lift ... I don't even check in that room it so fishy I checked it into another hotel, even MMT team can't able to resolve issue with hotel nor I got refund. I am amazed how this can be MMT assured hot

Hotel is about 2 km from mall road and one has to take taxi to reach there. Super Deluxe room is very spacious, clean and can accommodate an extra bed easily. Room service is also prompt. Food is quite tasty, but only veg dishes are on menu.

The room was well decorated and spacious and also neat and clean. Service was also very good. The outside view from the hotel room is soothing to the eyes. Its total value for the money. Got more than I expected. Highly recommended for the wonderful stay ..

Very good hospitality, reasonable and best food. On our request management upgraded our room to their best family room without any charge. Guest centric service. Service is polite & prompt. The management listens guest requirements and always try to solve the problems. The hotel has a restaurant which serves fresh indian food. Mr. Badly is a very Good host always ready to assist. I personally recommends this hotel to the travellers who wants to visit Gangtok.

I stayed in super deluxe room, which was not as good as I expected. More importantly after booking for 2 adults and 1 child, still hotel manager argued for paying extra for Child. As per him it was not included in the booking. However after lots of arguments, I somehow managed to convince him but his behavior was not friendly. Based on my experience, I will not going to stay there and also not recommend anyone to stay there.
