Terrible Stay
worst place to choose...has not even done any checks about the hotel.. pictures are old, rooms are not clean, not even hygienic has a Pungent smell, spit marks, there are only 2 staffs, the basement smells .. all my money is in vain.. and neither the Hotel Owner is talking .. he simply stated "the hotel doesn't have any funds to refund" . they just gave a voucher of 3000, ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER....!

The room was not cleaned properly before check in It was very dusty The bed sheet and blanket cover was dirty There was no option of ordering food

Beautifully designed boutique hotel
Rooms are large and have all basic amenities. Best part is the rooms are mountain view. Staff are well mannered and food is excellent. Al though i stayed for a day but enjoyed.

Rainy sikkim
Being a youtuber has visited many places throughout india and sikkim is one of the best and nicest of destination with welcoming people. Rid-an was referred by my friend and what a beauty it is. Big lavish room with the mountain view. All the amenities and welcoming staff. Food is completely veg but it doesn't matter as i have been non veg all year around. Must stay. Rated 5. Thanks

Pleasant holidays spent with family
All good, kindly offer water bottle per day to your guest although who takes map i meal plan too. Only this point i want to raise. I have not deducted the raitings against it.

Sorry for such experience. This experiences are not what we known for. We have Generator while 98% of the property only have power back ups. Unfortunately that day was Dassai, very important festival for Sikkimese and all the shops were closed. Thus the battery for generator which defaulted on the very day couldn't be replaced. We have changed the system and assure you of better services in future. Sorry Once Again 🙏🙏

We stayed at rid-an for new years, the property is nice, rooms are spacious and the view is great. It is however not run well, the management needs to do a better job ! no covid standards maintained, the staff was not wearing masks. The dining area was a mess, the floor was not clean. On our first morning there was no breakfast available since the staff asleep at 8 am ) we had to wake them up ! we ordered room service one night and the food was really disappointing! the location is not convenient as its 4 kms from the main mall road. Taxis were not easily available from the property. All in all i wont recommend staying here.

It is indeed unfortunate that you had to face some problems at our property. We at rid-an strive our best to provide the best experience to the guests. As for your concerns about delay, it was due to the late night party arranged at the lawn on the new years eve, that went on till 3am in the morning. All the other guests enjoyed their time to the fullest. As a result the service in the morning got a little delayed. Despite that, the breakfast was served by 8am. However even this delay should not have happened. The matter has been blown out of proportion a bit. While travel-ling to unknown lands, communication is the key. If you had any problem finding conveyance near our property, you could have asked us. We love to help out our guests and would have loved to help you as well. As far as we are concerned, we loved to serve you and would love to host you again! loads of best wishes and warm regards!
