The preperty is too amazing for such a less amount! More than that the team there are extremely friendly and professional! I have stayed in multiple locations in Gangtok but this one is very special to me!

Poor Stay
not good hygiene wise otherwise okay. the room was really dingy and there were cockroaches in the room.

worst hotel in Gangtok
worst hotel i ever stayed in, employee are very rude, his manager is not only rude but also talked like illiterate( like jao jao yaha se), he is just ridiculous. Those misguided us as we were going through our personal car but he forcefully told me to hire a local car which was arranged by him self at a higher cost. they're told that for local sites seeing we must be higher local car instead of I visited local sites with our own car. A very polite request to his owner that he must take strict action towards his manager and fired them ASAP.

management of the hotel needs improvement
Average hotel stay, room was clean and spacious but few services are poor like if there’s a power cut in the night then no one will switch on the generator. Terrace was full of scrap materials. Staff were very polite and cooperative

Its too far from MG Road. About 30 min walk. They provided us basement floor, where No mobile network available. I booked it to search for near one. But distance give me disappointment. For about Hospitality, It was good

Poor response from Hote
I tried to Modify and later Cancel my booking one month earlier, The hotel denied it for a refund and even for Partial refund. It is expected that the service is not so good. I will not prefer this hotel.

We had spent really good time in the hotel, it was comfortable stay and services were really prompt and it was nearby the prime location. The room was not that clean however the fare was quite reasonable as compare to everything what I was getting.

Excellent Stay
It was very good. The rooms was very spacious and well maintained. All the staffs and gelpers were very friendly. 24x7 service available. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
