on e of the bast hotel . one of the best hotel in my life in Gangtok it was the very most and the architecture is very very beautiful

Total waste of money, MakeMyTrip is such a big brand providing this type of hotel room ....

Very bad experience

Overall location was good but housekeeping was very poor.approach to hotel is very congested.services are very poor.

The lighting is not good in the bathroom & it's not on the main road as advertised but ok for the budget travelers

Very small room. No cleanliness.No proper approach to the hotel. Executive room is of poorly maintained.

The stay was good and comfortable. The Manager and other staff were helpful & polite.The property is good. The location is a bit interior due to a mall in front.

it's was very good that I cannot express in words , but than I like to say some word that all the staff & manger are very good . Room also very good & food service also provided in room . It's located at very good place it's much near to mg marg , Gangtok The most important thing that at the top of the building there is beautiful sensory & Mountain 🏔️🏔️

Just near westin mall to catch taxi for visitors, rooms are descent and clean. Overall a budget stay

Location - very poor, behind the west point mall, narrow entrance. Food and behaviour - good, tasty food and helpful staff. Amenities - none as such. The charging points in the room were mostly non functional. In fact, the management accused us of using room heater without permission as they peeped into my luggage while cleaning the room. I objected to that and he accused us.
