service,hospitality, ambience,rooms all good but food taste is OK ok quite far from mg road...........

Food was below average. Food served was not fresh at all. Breakfast buffet was also having very limited options and menu was same for both days. Location is good but little far from mg marg. Hotel facilities were good, rooms were spacious and clean.

Staff are very courteous and helpful. Food is delicious. Buffet has good varieties Amenities are also very good. Prompt room service.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Hotel has awesome service and dine in service is also great. Hotel staff were quite courteous and helping. Recommend everyone to consider this property while travel-ling to gangtok.

Room is very neat and clean. The outside view from the room is really very nice. Staff is very much supportive food is good but not upto the mark. Too much variety in dinner and breakfast but taste in some of the items is slight lower at least from my point of view. Would like to recommend to stay in this hotel and enjoy the beauty of nature.
