Terrible Experience 1. No water in washroom, 2. No Alternate arrangements during power cut, 3. I took MAP Plan, it's dinner was devastated, not tasty at all. 4. The Hotel is located 7km distance from MG Market, it was one of the MMTStays, still unsatisfactory.

The hotel staff was not very polite. Insufficient per plate food was served in restaurant. In night water was not coming in washroom. When I needed water in washroom in night I had to go to reception and then supply was made available

Room size is bigger, view from the room is awesome. And services given by the staff is also excellent.

Location is good but tough to find the exact location, reception staff was not attending cal few time, food quality is bad, reception staff told me that cheff was on leave so we can provide limited item, omelete was not cooked properly

My room was dirty after requesting change my room with changing rs2000. 00 extra. My breakfast was included but they forced me for payment it. Very bad experience on my journey.

Property location is good. Food is teastless. During i stay there is no water in hotel. Service is very poor

We had a comfortable stay, rooms were spacious and amazing view from the room. The staff was also helpful.

The sliding door of the the balcony had no locking system so would suggest everyone to check the doors as soon as you enter your room.

Hotel room was average, you can get better hotel at lower cost then this hotel, room was so so, lighting of room was dim.

The room was full of cockroaches and dirty water coming up from the tapes. Even the towels were dirty. The only thing is as per the expectation that is their food.

I had a wonderful experience. The view from the hotel was very nice and the staffs were really friendly especially the chef. Overall experience was really comfortable

Very neat and clean rooms, view of city is epic, on main e road with good parking facility. Rooms are big and clean. Polite people, perfect for couples.

They addressed the shortest issue that we faced late at night. The chef will make you feel as if he's personal to you. He can cook you anything you want apart from their own menu. Rooms are spacious, well maintained. Good behaviour of staffs. I had a wonderful experience.

Room condition is not up to the mark as mentioned in site and photos. Breakfast is not healthy. Only selected or ordered food is provided. Wifi not available in hotel. Washroom is very congested and not clean. Insects are there in hotel room.

It was good hotel easy to approach just opposite sikkim manipal university parking place is also good but they serve breakfast hot only once
