Review Of Hotel Totola Residency

Please never stay at this property. This is 1 star property and please read below points to justify my 1* rating; 1) if you call at the restaurant for dinner and by chanse you order 1 more chapati again, then they will say that why we didnt order before. How unprofessional if anyone will ask you like this. 2) in the complimentary breakfast they served parantha and aloo sabji, and sandvich only. If i asked for more from their menu,then they said in complementary we will get this only. They are behaving like we are begging for food 3) i asked for lime water from their menu and they took half an hour, the guys at the restaurant even dont know what is their menu. They kept roadside uneducated people. 4) when they will deliver their food in the room, they knock at the door continuously without waiting for a minute. And they will enter immediately in the room after 10 seconds. 5) everything is not worthy to stay there. Its better to look for branded property with the same rates.

The property was very neat and clean. The rooms very big and easily accommodates 2 people in each room. All the amenities are very well there. It has a geyser and kettle which is a must in such cold weather. The staff were very kind and helpful. The host was extremely caring and even helped us book a cab for our entire trip. You can also ask them to help you with cab services from bagdogra airport. It is very near to mg marg and takes 15mins by walk to reach. The roads in gangtok are very steep so travel accordingly. The hotel is very nicely placed and it is almost in the middle of the town. They also have a restaurant and they cooked us very delicious food. The view from the hotel is beautiful!

Really pleasant stay in an excellent hotel in gangtok, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
