Review Of Royal Tara

The rooms are not well maintained, one of the rooms that i booked has broken tap in the bathroom thats why we cannot use the geaser. I took the warm water from the sink tap and put in the bucket to have a bath 😅. And I booked two rooms of capacity of 4 adults but i got one room of 3 adults but thats fine because they have arranged a bed for us. Both the rooms are not well cleaned and one of the room has smelling toilet seat. And at night we have gone to visit mg market for a walk, after we returned we got a closed entrance because of which we need to wait outside for around half hour to get it open by contacting the caretaker. And even if we asked them about the closing time before going outside, they said it was 11:00pm so we came back around 10:40pm, still we got both front and back entrance locked. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone if I got a chance instead you can check out the Hotel Snow Lion which we took next day.

An amazing stay - the service provided by the staff of the hotel was beyond excellent. A very big thank you to all the staff for catering to every requirement of ours. Rooms very very clean , location is walking distance to mg marg , food is good 👍.

First of all, the receptionist and the helpers were nice and humble. But the room i got could have been better. Problems were: 1) the room walls were damp 2) no windows 3) electric kettle could have been provided. 4) few bed bugs were found as well.

It is a well furnished hotel, with mountain view’s from balcony. 10 mins walk from mg marg

It was a great place to stay with polite hotel employees, with quick service n pleasing attitude of everyone. Nice food n best part was the room, spacious, clean n the beautiful valley view from our room. Njyd our stay over there.

The location on the app is wrong which made it difficult to find the property. When we finally reached the location, we found it was in an inconvenient location. The manager of the property is rude and uncooperative. The quilts provided were stained and dirty. The quilts and the bedsheets were damp. The tv was not working and neither was the wi-fi. In addition the manager had problems in providing more than one bottle of water per room for some reason. The staff apart from the manager were the only good thing about this property that made our stay bearable. Would not recommend this properly.

This is under construction hotel. With amateur staff. I booked the room through mm t but while checking in they told me that they have upgraded the room of one of the customer already staying there hence no room is available for. Had a tough time spent half of my night nearby to settle my self somewhere

1- no one picks your call on the number as we need to know the location of hotel 2- no wifi, no working tv, no water bottles, no lift, no room service and no restaurant as well 3- very expensive as compared with facilities and service they provide 4- not poor but worst breakfast experience, old food is re-served 5- they took dinner order at 4pm and then refused to give us at 8. 30pm, where wood one go at that time 6- only 2-3 staff members are they who manage all from cooking to room cleaning, laundry etc in short you will get much better room and services at this price, opt for others, as i told the manager also
