It was really worth the money, the location is ideal for tourists as it is located very close to the main attractions. The service was nice and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Highly recommended.

This hotel I will not at all recommend. As it was so dirty inside the room you cannot stay in their property. Also, the management is casual.

I was cheated by hotels. I booked hotels with breakfast included with extra cost but I was served only Pratha with pickle. Don’t book this hotels including breakfast. Price was little bit high compared to facilities provided.

The room has smoke smell and in bathroom too. The complimentary breakfast was cold and sour in taste but other things are good.

The hotel has very less staff and for every response one has to wait for 5-10 min. The quality of room is very poor - the room was not well lit as most of the lights were not working. The hotel was under going renovation so there was dust all around the hotel. Though they provide you with the menu but more than half of the items are unavailable and they will give you 2-3 options to choose from. The bathrooms were bad and were smelling. I will recommend not to book the hotel, if you are a family with kids.

Checkin was pathetic. Front desk staff not attentive. Hotel staffs do not wear masks and are unaware of what is pansemic. No safety measures.

Dirty bedsheet not even changed for 3 days, congested rooms, always smells food all around, food is below average.

One needs to take a local taxi to go to MG Marg and it takes 10 min of walking to return.

I stayed there for 4 nights in premium category room. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Breakfast is also good. Specially mention manager Mr. Shishir who is very cooperative and supportive. View of Kanchenjunga mountain from room window is also nice. Overall stay is satisfactory. I recommend visitor to choose premium category room for pleasant stay. Our room no 501. Thanks.

Close to MG Marg. Breakfast starts from 8 am as all items don’t arrive at 7.30 am. Recommended.
