Review Of The Atrium

The Atrium’s location is it’s USP, it’s right on MG Marg, the heart of Gangtok. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious, however the twin beds seem too small even for a single person. The hotel has no views of mountains from the room. The breakfast is ok, could add some sausages in their menu. The rooms have all modern amenities.

modern premium hotel just a stair away from M G marg. everything was pleasant. points that can improve- room / bathroom slippers, Hair dryers and irons to be installed in premium rooms, bottles that are refilled for drinking water in rooms have a layer of fungi on the cap. checked in both the rooms. should be checked and washed properly or changed.

Location is good parking problem is there food is good but payment taken for stay is not worthful makemy trip charged 40% extra than actual price of hotel room not good for make my trip

Our experience at The Atrium in Gangtok was quite disappointing. Right from the beginning, the staff did not seem welcoming or helpful. One of the most basic amenities – toilet paper – was missing in the bathroom. When I requested it, the response was extremely delayed. After following up again, I was told it was out of stock and they would arrange it, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The overall service was slow and careless. When we called housekeeping to change the bedsheets, they refused, stating that sheets are only changed after two days of stay, which is very unhygienic. On top of that, the floor wasn’t even swept properly during the so-called cleaning process. To make things worse, during checkout, we requested help with our luggage and were told that no staff was available to assist. Yet strangely, they managed to send someone to inspect the room after checkout – clearly prioritizing their interests over guest comfort. Would not recommend this place if you’re expecting even basic standards of hospitality.

The rooms were neat and clean. The hotel is situated just above MG Marg. The food at the hotel was not up to the mark. The complementary breakfast was not good.

Stay was very nice, location is prime and just on the MG marg, food was very nice but price is a bit on the higher side, service was nice.

The staff were very attentive. Housekeeping and Restaurant staff were great too. Location was superb, being very close to MG Marg. The room was in a good condition, the only flaw being that the beds in the executive twin room were quite narrow.

The Atrium is one of best and convenient place to stay at Gangtok. The hotel is new and has all modern amenities. The interiors of the room is neat and clean, bed and pillows are comfortable and clean, towels are ok, bathroom fittings are exceptional, you get hot water anytime and it is very very hot, room includes kettle and coffee and tea bags. Breakfast has a spread of 10-15 items like idli/vada/paratha/dosa/bread etc. it is a good choice for vegetarians. The hotel is located just 50 meters from MG Road, making it a very convenient location near to shopping areas. Parking space is very limited. There is no great view from the room. Railings to the staircase is not installed, so if you have children below 10 years, be very careful while going down stairs. If you have kids, I recommend you always take the lift. Service of all the staff is exceptional, always smiling and attentive to your needs, right form the guard at the door to the reception, and even at the restaurant during breakfast service. Rajendra and his team are doing a phenomenal job.
