superb stay at hotel... staff are friendly, especially Miss Sita.. It was a pleasant stay here.. must visit during your visit to gangtok to enjoy scenic and amazing view of sikkim

The stay, view location and everything was very nice. The only problem was the uphill movement to go places and some power cuts

Pros: Food: It was good. No issues with food at all. Breakfast: Very few items like Parantha, Aalu sabzi and 1 more items. Cons: For some reason, I was forced to consider Nepali food( different menu thsn Regenta) to which I told them I have been having Nepali food since morning. I had to order to satisfy them. Food timings was like "whatever I decided that day". 1st day they we checked in around 8pm and they jeep coming to take order and then said that kitchen will close at 10pm. Next day again they kept calling, coming to take dinner order and they kitchen will close at 9:30pm. Again they were forcing to have Nepali thali/food but I refused 2nd day. Room: It was good, but lacks basic amenities and when asked to provide, they were damn lazy enough to provide unless asked them 5-6 times and takes around an hour to provide. Water: Water was present in the room but when asked for extra water as 2 bottles aren't sufficient for whole night, they had the guts to asked, can't you adjust with already provided one. One guy is handling the property, one cooks and one helper. To reach this hotel, be,ready to take a 40-50° down hill and up hill. Added photos from balcony view
