Beautiful houseboat. Exceptionally good staff and location of houseboat is also very good. The best thing which i like is the food which they have given. It tasted like home made food. Cleanliness of the place was also a plus. All the amenities were class apart.

I had an amazing experience in kashmir, and staying at the heritage safina houseboat really added to it. The staff is super sweet, always ready to make you yea and help you get a boat taxi. They arranged our whole visit for a good price.

They are just cheater they will accommodate you in some very filthy type other houseboat not on the safina houseboat. When i raised the complaint to houseboat owner, initially he was trying to convince me stay on other houseboat when i rejected his offer then he disconnected my call and started not picking my many calls. Pathetic rooms and in the name of service they are scammer. The worst part is that in sri nagar your registered mobile number will not work and you will not be able to raise complaint to the makemytrip customer care.

Horrible experience, spent one night in trauma over the house boat the caretaker was behaving like a dictator. I would not recommend it to anyone. To conclude i would say don't book this property even if it is offered free of cost.

"beware" our stay in "the heritage safina". I request everyone not to fall photos as shown. Its completely opposite, inf-act we were provided a completely different houseboat. Nothing matches with the photos at all. It doesn't deserve more than 5k for rooms.

We left feeling very satisfied. What a great value. The breakfast was immense and flavorful. The views were universally gorgeous. The staff were always cheery and attentive. Mammy who was working his first day in the executive lounge was great to chat with. Overall, i would highly recommend

The staff were so polite and welcoming and took care of our every need no matter what. There's something to say about the hospitality & extreme kindness of the Kashmiri people and this place definitively deserves an award for the best hospitality ever. I definitely recommend this place, not just for the experience of staying in a luxurious and well maintained houseboat, but for everything in between. I promise your heart will be full with love for the people of Kashmir and you'll want to come back for more because of how well the owner and the staff take care of you at the Heritage Safina Group of Houseboats 🚢⛵!

Overall houseboat was very good. Well maintained. Staff was polite, cooperative and well behaving. Breakfast and Dinner was very good. Breakfast - Fruits (Watermelon), poha, boiled eggs, Dalia, corn flakes, chocos, aloo poori Or chole bhature, milk and tea separate, etc. Dinner - Veg soup, roti, paneer sabji, chowmein/dal/bhindi sabji, chicken (spicy 🌶), halwa Or kheer, etc. Service was very good, rooms are big enough, washrooms were clean, overall houseboat is clean & maintained. Rooms have TV, large Window, hot water kettle, tea coffee milk pouches, enough switch points, dressing table, almirah, table chair, fan mirrors, slippers,towels, etc. We enjoyed our stay there.. Recommended.
