Excellent. Good. Average. Bad

The restaurant was good. The property is very old and the same is not refurbished. The bed very hard and the bed sheet was dusty as well. It's not worth the money. I could have got a better option by spending half the mount

Wonderful stay. Clean property with amazing forest view. Food is also good and staff is really courteous.

Enjoyed a lot. Staff is very polite and helpful. They just understand everything you need. Rooms are cleaned with all basic amenities. They provide tea bags coffee powder, sugar, milk, kettle etc one can make tea coffee oneself and enjoy it.

The location was very appropriate for my purpose. The amenities are good for short stay. Very good staff behavior. Hot water available 24 hours. The restaurant serves nice food with affordable price. Breakfast buffet was average. Wi fi was slow. Overall good and safe stay for the family.

Well maintained hotel and premises. Good customer friendly staffs. Neat and clean rooms. Food was good. Property was also clean. Staffs are very friendly. Must to visit property and will come sure next time too.

Overall stay was good. Food was fine. Wifi not working. Please note it is far away from thekkady or kumily. It takes half an hour to reach these places where most of the activities take place
