Had a nice stay for 2 days. Great view from room, well maintained.Staff were very helpful. Overall good.

It was great, Amaana is a nice property with views of plantation and lake. Restaurant service and food has scope of improvement.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this resort. The hospitality was exceptional from start to finish, with every staff member being warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The natural surroundings made it the perfect getaway—calm, quiet, and beautifully relaxing. It was the ideal place to unwind and recharge, away from the usual noise and rush. The stay felt seamless and comfortable, and the friendly staff made it even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, nature-filled, and rejuvenating escape! The only downside was jacuzzi that did not work/ this was unfortunate as jacuzzi facility and images of jacuzzi played an important role in finalising the resort.

Stay was good over all the property is very nice maintained well but the welcome service was very poor no customer satisfaction if we request they just ignore saying some reason. our entire family no buggy service it's very much difficult for senior citizens to walk and reach the room my parents had difficulty in walking it was over all a bad experience in such good resort. Normal resorts are giving buggy service such a good welcome drinks fruit basket or other things but charging so much and no service it was not at all satisfied really. Bad service!

The rooms were clean and the resort looked the exact same as in photos. The resort plantation walk was good. The amenities and service was very nice. The food was great as promised. The other activities arranged by the resort was also good. The only issue we had was the continuousflow of hot water in jacuzzi

Food they have to improve little. 90 percet staff are friendly. But little ones(less aged room service boys) showing some attitude. At last best stay I ever had in my life. Giving 5 star. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Nice stay away from hustle… well maintained property surrounded with lush green plantation. Staffs are polite & helpful, Gopika was sincere & prompt. Food was great! Sure to visit again.

It's a beautiful property, very peaceful surrounded by greenery and tea estate gardens. This beautiful property homes to many different birds, you can hear them chirping whistling all day long. Amenities like pool, fish pond, badminton, swings, archery, plantation walk keeps you on your toes all the time. The staff is very polite, helpful and humble. I had a great time at this property.

Best Place to stay in nature with 5 star hospitality.The room and bathroom was verh spacious though the Quality could had been better.The staff was very good in treating us very well and were attentive on any service needed.We had a problem with Jacuzzi but it was solved within 30 min thanks to their prompt response and good technical skills.The highlight of the stay would be the view and surrounding of the resort.It is truly peacefull and relaxing feel given by the plantation of Elaichi and pepper trees.The birds chirping and various sounds from the different birds just made the stay so mesmerizing in love for nature.The food was also delicious.Everything they served was just as equal to 5 star level of taste and hygiene. Would definitely stay back next time.

​We recently stayed at this property and while there were many positive aspects, a few important areas could use improvement. Here’s a breakdown of our experience: Pros * Excellent Property Maintenance: The overall maintenance of the property was impressive, even during rainy days. It felt clean, fresh, and well taken care of throughout our stay. * Polite & Accommodating Staff: The staff were courteous and open to accommodating our requests. We appreciated their willingness to listen and adjust where possible. * Clean & Comfortable Rooms: The rooms were tidy, well-kept, and offered a cozy ambiance. It’s clear that cleanliness is taken seriously here. * Effort to Accommodate Food Requests: Although the food didn’t turn out as expected, the staff made efforts to accommodate our special meal requests. Cons * Hot Water Issues: This was one of the biggest drawbacks of our stay. Despite informing the staff multiple times, there was no hot water in either of the rooms. The issue remained unresolved, and we were told this was the “first time” they’d heard such a complaint. Due to this: 1. The bathtub/jacuzzi was unusable. 2. We couldn’t use the swimming pool either, as hot water access was needed after. 3. These amenities, which were part of the reason for booking, were unfortunately a waste. * Food Quality & Authenticity: We had specifically ordered a Kerala-style dish, but it was prepared more like a Chinese-style version. When we pointed this out, the explanation provided was not convincing. The breakfast spread was present, but taste-wise everything was very average. If you’re someone who prioritizes food during travel, keep expectations low. * Mismatch in Expectations vs. Delivery: Amenities like jacuzzi and pool were advertised but not fully functional or usable due to the hot water issue. This impacts overall value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort. It exceeded our expectations. The room was clean. The amenities and services are good. The cardamom and pepper plantation adds a great treat to the eye.

the food was too delicious...they had both south indian and continental food for breakfast...the service provided by them was too good...the serenity and greenery of the place is WOW...worth the penny.

One of the most beautiful experiences ever. I have stayed in over 100 hotels and resorts and this was by far the most scenic, calming and nature infused property. The service is excellent and the room amenities are top notch.

I was especially blown away by the bathtub – absolutely luxurious! It was the perfect spot to relax with a view of the surrounding nature. The pool area is just perfect – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by lush plantation views. We also had the chance to go fishing at their little pond, and it was such a fun and unique experience! Everything was so well-kept, from the gardens to the common areas – you can really tell how much attention they give to cleanliness and detail.
