Property location is good near by main junction easy to access everything and hotel stay is also good but swimming pool is on top floor it’s to danger place and it’s not neat and clean

We had an excellent stay with this hotel. Hotel is in a prime location of thekkady surrounded by restaurants and shops. Special thanks to mr. Rithesh front office manager who taken care of us during our stay and guided us with local site seeing places. Rooms are good. Complimentary breakfast is outstanding. Cons: less parking space and congested basement parking

My checkout was at 1pm if we reach hotel by 1:15 also room was not ready, they made us wait for sometimes, when we ask to provide room soon they dont care and ask to wait, they not give the room what we book also they keep telling stories, even room service is too bad ever after one hour they not attend, ac was not working they dint repaired keep telling ir will cool wait wait

We just loved the property. The room i stayed in was spacious and we had a calm stay. Staff were very nice as we were greeted with warm smiles right from day one of the stay.
