Poor Quality of Hotel, service and foo
Location of Hotel is pathetic and very risky to drive via Car as road is very narrow. Oil used in Food smells very bad as low quality oil has been used. No slippers, no iron board and other things were provided. Children Jhulas were very dirty. I will give 0 star to this property.

love the room
the property was well maintained and had a great view, The best part was the room they were centrally heated. we enjoyed the stay. The only downside is the location, the road to reach the property is very narrow.

Food is good but hotel locations are very below and deep inside without Google map not searching hotel no any public vehicles available near hotel only rental vehicle available

location is not so great. impossible to teach the property without a video call with property people. staff is very courteous and service is very prompt

Excellent Stay
Location is awesome between the nature. So peaceful and wonderful experience of living between the natural resources. Food is good. Property is excellent.

Good Stay
Hotel is good but location is deep down and risky to drive to. Food is okay, can be better. Rooms are spacious. Staff is really good & helpful. 24x7 hot water. Toilets are clean. Overall good experience.

Overall property is very nice. Food is awesome. Staff is also very cooperative. Only negative point is the way to location which is very steep. Otherwise nice stay.

The overall experience was satisfactory, however, there was a discrepancy between the hotel rooms booked and the actual accommodations provided. The rooms lacked the scenic views that were advertised.

Average Stay
The stay was average. First of all the property is literally in a very secluded place. Reaching property is a very big task. Even the google maps will not show correct route to the property, you will have to be on a call with the property person. Staff is supportive but the rooms are below average. I was expecting better rooms and good food. The breakfast was below average with limited items. I would not recommend this hotel to the travelers.

Excellent Stay
“recently stayed at shimla havens with my family and had a wonderful experience. The property is beautiful with spacious rooms, and the staff is incredibly polite and helpful. The food was delicious, and service was prompt. The approach to the resort can be a bit challenging. Although i drove there myself, the hotel offers a driver service, which i used on the way back. Overall, it was an excellent stay!”

Good Stay
Nice resort. Just found through make my trip. The best thing is the stay and the food. Nice rooms and staff. The staff are really very helpful. The only problem was the route of location. Path was very narrow. Only trained driver can drive through the path. The hotel provide the trained driver for the arrival. Rest stay was very comfortable and peaceful.
