There was an incident involving my wife at the stay. The faucet in the bathroom suddenly gave out very hot water which injured my wife. I never saw a faucet in any washroom that is connected to Geyser. That is totally ridiculous. It was late at night and there were no hospitals open also. She was in pain the entire night. The next day I complained to them and they simply said that they never observed it happening. That response is not at all acceptable. Was the pain that we went through not real?

Location is the best every club beach site seen is located nearby. Their hospitality is also great.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction and anger over the extremely poor experience I had during my recent stay at the resort booked . The conditions were far below acceptable standards and completely misrepresented. The issues included: Dirty smell inside room. Extremely poor and unreliable Wi-Fi connection. Television was not functioning — no channels were available. No non-vegetarian food options were offered, which was not communicated beforehand and decline to eat nonvej food. Room service was very slow and often unresponsive. Breakfast was of very poor quality, with limited variety and poorly prepared items. No first aid kit was available on-site, which is a basic health and safety requirement . This experience caused serious frustration and completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing trip. As a loyal customer, I feel misled and extremely disappointed by the services arranged by MakeMyTrip. I request your immediate attention to this matter and expect a proper explanation along with appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

The rooms are compact with very dim lighting..there were cockroaches roaming...The property needs renovation...pool timings are very odd...there are no elevators.. I would have given 4 ...everything was gr8 ..The view ( though the location was a bit outside )..The staff..The rooms...but the other day we had to do early checkout...and there was no water..we waited for nearly 1 hour...then we got the water...so overall it was an OK stay for me

Property location is OK...food served is also OK...swimming pool timings are 8-6 which should be extended...my room was decent..overall I am neither happy nor sad about my stay

Stay and location was good, The staff was friendly and always ready to help, especially the hotel manager Mr Som, The beach is a little far, and a 15 min walk. The hotel need to carry out pest control as we saw a lot of cockroaches in the room, which I informed Mr Som Good thing: Property, Location,Food was good, staff was very supportive, Beach was at 15 min walk, Bad thing: There were a lot of cockroaches in the room and rats in the restaurant I think property needs pest control.

Very good ambiance for a small family. Centrally located with all restaurants around and also close to the beach. It has a well maintained swimming pool. Rooms are well maintained and the staff is good. Only drawback is it has a Pure Veg restaurant but who cares as you all have all the options available around yu our stay and Swiggy can get anything you want. Surely recommended as value for Money if you feel budget is something that you worrirs you.

Its good resort but not worth for 3.5k per night in off season. Location , service, cleanliness is good. Food, bathrooms are average. It could have been a good deal in 2.5k.

not really good experience there are really very less lights in the room like just 2 lights and bathroom was small and it looked too old bad experience not worth the money you give to stay
